Lester Solden

Executive Chairman

Mr. Solden is a seasoned expert in global financial metal markets with 45 years of experience. Beginning his career in London with Johnson Matthey Bankers in the late 1970s, he later played a pivotal role in establishing Sydney as an international bullion trading hub. As a co-founder of Mase Metals in 1981, he pioneered international gold bullion market making, leading to the creation of Mase Westpac, the world’s first institutional gold project finance lending bank. His leadership in gold loans and project financing contributed to Westpac’s global prominence in the late 1980s. Mr. Solden has since held senior roles with Republic National Bank of New York, FIXI FX Brokers, and Lumiere Securities. Currently, Mr. Solden serves as a bullion and commodities advisor to ASX-listed mining companies and global traders through Complex Capital NL, leveraging his extensive international network in precious metals trading and finance.

He is currently General Manager of Silverbear (HK) Australia, an enterprise offering investment banking and advisory services. As Principal of Solomon Pacific Financial Group and Partner Principal at O’Connell Asia Pacific, Mr. Sui brings deep expertise in finance, corporate strategy, and regulatory affairs.

Jeremy Snaith

Jeremy is a world-class geologist with a distinguished career spanning multiple continents, commodities, and discovery successes. He has played instrumental roles in a number of mineral discoveries across Australia and internationally, with expertise in gold, copper, uranium, and base metals. His experience includes exploration and development roles with leading organisations such as PNC (Japan) in Arnhem Land (Uranium), Golden Shamrock Mines at the Cobar Copper Mine, and Mt Edon Gold Mines at the Tarmoola Gold Mine in WA. He has also contributed to state-backed initiatives such as the NSW Government’s Discovery 2000 Program and led exploration programs for North Pacific at the Girilambone Copper Mine. In addition to his technical capabilities, Jeremy has held roles in mining finance, working as a mining analyst in a stockbroking firm and advising on corporate strategy and capital raisings. Most recently, he was a key figure in the acquisition of two globally significant assets — the Guanaco and Punitaqui Gold Mines in Chile — cementing his reputation as both a technical and commercial leader in the resources sector.

In addition to his gold expertise, he has held senior roles in iron ore and nickel exploration, including assembling Aquila Resources’ iron ore portfolio in WA and leading nickel programs for Mincor Resources.
